Governance

ACF is Australia’s leading not-for-profit environmental organisation. We work with community, business and government to protect, restore and sustain the environment.

How we govern

ACF is Australia’s leading national not-for-profit environmental organisation and is funded almost entirely by individual membership and donations.

The Council is comprised of 35 Councillors and is the organisation's core representative body.

ACF Board

The Board is the governing body of ACF. It is a skills-based body, which consists of the President, the two Vice-Presidents, four other Councillors and up to four co-opted members.
