This interactive cooking competition at The Terrace, in Melbourne’s Botanic Gardens will feature some of Melbourne's best apprentice chefs, showcasing a creative approach to sustainable seafood. 

Please join Australian Conservation Foundation Executive Director, Don Henry, to learn how we can all protect our oceans by choosing sustainable seafood.

When: 18 March, 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Where: The Terrace @ Royal Botanic Gardens, Gate A, Corner Alexandra Avenue and Anderson Street, South Yarra

Cost: $65 per person. Includes seafood degustation menu and a glass of wine. Eat wonderful seafood, and win great raffle prizes and auction items. Plus receive a free gift from Lonely Planet!
