Who they are
The Climate Project – Australia consists of 452 people who have been personally trained by former US Vice President the Hon. Al Gore to deliver a version of the climate change presentation known to many as the basis of his movie An Inconvenient Truth.
These people have been drawn from all walks of life. The presenters range from doctors to mums and business people, to ex footballers, musicians and fire-fighters, priests and students.
Climate Project Presenters volunteer to do this work. They agree to deliver ten presentations – to their friends, family and networks within a year of being trained. Very few stop at that number and many have delivered scores of presentations to high profile audiences across Australia and beyond.
To date our Climate Project Presenters have delivered a presentation to one in 70 Australians.
