ACF Board
The Board is the governing body of the Foundation. It is a skills-based body, which consists of the President, the two Vice-Presidents, and four other Councillors and up to four co-opted members. Co-opted Board members are chosen on the basis of their skills and experience, thus ensuring an appropriate mix of skills and experience within the Board. more »
ACF Council
The Council is the core representative body, representing ACF members, elected by the members. It comprises 35 Councillors. Councillors are elected by electorate for a three-year term. Council has four main functions: it is responsible for the strategic direction of ACF. It appoints the Board. It develops ACF policy. It engages with ACF Members. more »
